Satisfaction Guarantee
At Nestlé Health Science, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Ester-C®, Nature’s Bounty®, Nature’s Bounty® Optimal Solutions®, Nature’s Bounty® Kids, Osteo Bi-Flex®, or Sundown® product (“Product(s)”) you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement Product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser for sixty (60) days from the date of purchase and is limited to the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please Contact Us and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product. If your request is approved, you will then need to send us a proof of purchase. You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Nestlé Health Science reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require you to return your Product to us using the postage-prepaid return label we provide to you, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized seller of Nestlé Health Science, please Contact Us. Please note that our only authorized sellers on Amazon are Amazon and Pharmapacks and our only authorized sellers on Walmart are Walmart and Pharmapacks.
