Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Optimal Solutions® Vanilla Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix
- 2 Slices of Light Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 Tbs Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 Large Egg Whites (100g)
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Stevia
- Non-stick Spray
Toppings: (optional)
- Sugar Free Syrup
- Fat-free Cool Whip
- Blueberries
Directions:
- Pre-heat griddle and spray with non-stick oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 scoop Optimal Solutions® Vanilla Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix, 3 large egg whites, 2 Tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 tsp Stevia and Cinnamon.
- Soak each slice of whole wheat bread in the mixture until it is completely absorbed by each side of the bread.
- Place the soaked bread on the skillet and cook until the bottoms start to appear golden.
- Flip the French toast, and cook thoroughly.
- Add your desired toppings, and enjoy!
