Chocolate No-Bake Cheesecake

  • 1 ¼ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Tbs Stevia Sweetener
  • 5 Tbs Non-Trans Margarine


  1. In mixing bowl, combine stevia and graham cracker crumbs
  2. Drizzle in melted margarine while mixing
  3. Tamp mixture into 9” pie shell with back of wooden spoon. Refrigerate for 15 min
  4. Mix Chocolate Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix with cream cheese until smooth, add milk
  5. Mix in vanilla until batter is smooth
  6. Pour into prepared pie shell
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours
